Terms of Service
- By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service (T.O.S.), linked to my profile and associated with my pricing structure.

_________________PaymentPayments are accepted via PayPal only.Two payment options are available:• Full payment upfront, or
• 50% advance before the sketch begins, 50% after sketch approval to proceed with the final artwork.Payment plans available upon request.
Voluntary gratuities (tips) are welcome but not mandatory. <3
_________________________________Work ProcessI will provide updates at each major stage of the commission process:• Sketch
• Lineart
• Flat Colors
• Shading and Final ArtworkClients are encouraged to review each stage carefully to request corrections if necessary.
_________________________________Delivery Format•Finished illustrations are delivered in their original quality and resolution in flat format (.PNG or .JPG).
•Sketches are delivered in flat image formats (.PNG or .JPG) with a solid background.
•PSD files are not included by default. Exceptions may be discussed with prior agreement and an extra fee. These must be agreed upon in advance, and usage restrictions will apply.
_________________________________Refund PolicyNo full refunds are available once work has commenced.Partial refunds are issued according to the stage completed at the time of cancellation:• Sketch: 40% refund
• Lineart: 30% refund
• Flat Colors: 20% refund
• Shaded/Completed: No refunds providedExample: If a $60 commission is canceled after flat colors are completed, only $12 USD (20%) will be refunded.In the event of a PayPal fraud attempt, scam, or chargeback:•Will be added to the blacklist.
•A formal "Beware" report will be issued.
•Relevant group administrators will be notified.
_________________________________Turnaround Time (TAT)• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the commission, current workload, and order queue.• Clients are welcome to request an estimated time of delivery (ETA) at any time.• Urgent commissions are accepted with an additional fee ranging from $30 to $60 USD, depending on the urgency required.
_________________________________Changes and Revisions• Minor adjustments during the sketch stage are included without additional charge.After sketch approval:
•Minor changes are still accepted within reason.• Major or complex changes will incur an extra fee between $5 and $20 USD, depending on the complexity.To ensure an efficient workflow, clients are encouraged to provide detailed and clear references at the beginning of the project, including:• Body type specifications
• Poses and facial expressions (preferably with visual references)
• Background complexity
• Desired art style
_________________________________Usage Rights and Restrictions• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Commercial rights can be negotiated for an additional fee, typically 90% to 100% of the original price.Clients are not permitted to:• Use the artwork for AI training, AI-related projects, or any modification via AI technologies.
• Mint the artwork as NFTs.
• Modify, edit, color, or alter the artwork without my explicit permission.
• Claim the artwork as their own.• If a sketch is commissioned, only I, the original artist, am authorized to complete or color the piece.
Permission must be formally requested if another artist is to continue the work.
